I to was hard at it in the garden this weekend, as this mornings sore muscles will testify, and like you I was struggling with the clearance, in my case a very VERY large tree root. Even with the help of an axe and a 6 foot crow bar ! it still took most of Sunday morning to get out. Why do we start these projects. I'm sure watching a good Sunday black and white war film, whilst supping a cold beer, would having been my choice had I been given one. Paul and Di will testify how hard I was working, as they turn up at out gaff Saturday evening, whilst I was in the middle of mixing and laying concrete. They just sat on our swing chair watching me sweat ! Why didn't we buy a flat ! It looks like we were struggling together.
