After seeing some pretty errrrr different photos on the blog recently? (no not the gerbil) Myself and Steve have decided that a blog, that we can all add to, must be started in honour of our eerrrrrr alternative memeber of the US.

As Bo Rap seems to be our anthem, I thought we could all contribute to produce an alternative. Paul Rap.

I’ll start off with the first 4 lines of this alternative version (obviusly to the same tune) and everyone else can join in, adding the next line as we go.

So here goes (cue funky 70’s video)

As I write this I am cream crackered - again! This week I have tried Aquafit and - yippee - I wasn’t the oldest and fattest in the class like last week! It was actually good fun with the only downside being that you have to get wet, never my idea of a good time. Hope you appreciate the efforts I am going to trying to regain my youthful figure. I am also trying to diet - I lose weight in the week then miraculously find it again at the weekend!
